- Mô-đun này bao gồm 20 phím mở rộng màu kép và 2 phím mũi tên để chuyển trang (cho phép mỗi GBX20 hỗ trợ lên đến 40 địa chỉ liên hệ/ tiện ích mở rộng). 

- Kết nối tối đa 4 mô-đun GBX20 với điện thoại Grandstream tương thích với tổng cộng 160 địa chỉ liên hệ/ phần mở rộng.
